 ADULT CLASS ON MONDAY 7:30pm TO 9:00pm
Lot of basic techniques for beginners and advanced
Tuesday
JIU-JITSU class  7:00 pm - 8:30pm
WHITE BELTS  Beginners - Anyone can attend

Wednesday
Adults - (Fighting Class) 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
GRAPPLING -  SPORT JIU-JITSU -  KICKBOXING

Thursday
Adult Jiu-Jitsu - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm 
Emphasis on Advanced level techniques
(All Levels can attend)

Friday
Closed - No scheduled class

Saturday
Open practise & workout time  for all levels
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Junior Schedule

Monday
 Jr. YELLOW & ORANGE Belt-Age 7 to 10--4:30  to 5:30
Jr. YELLOW & ORANGE Belts - Age 7 to 10 - 5:30  to 6:30
Jr. GREEN & Above Belts - 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

 Tuesday
 Sr. GREEN Belts & up (Older kids) - 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
 Jr. WHITE Belts - Age 7 & Over - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
 
Wednesday
Jr. WHITE - YELLOW & ORANGE Belts
Age 4 to 7   5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Jr. GREEN & Above Belts 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
 
Thursday
Jr. YELLOW & ORANGE Belt-Age 7 to 10--4:30  to 5:30
