Shihan  Bob Kranstz 7th Dan  The Milton School of Jiu-Jitsu was established  in 1974 by Shihan Bob Kranstz, a seventh degree black belt with 45 years experience.  Shihan Kranstz remains active with local, National, and International organizations, and is the  WKF (World Kobudo Federation) representative for Ontario, as well as other parts of Canada.  He was instrumental with the inception of SPORT JIU-JITSU in the 1970's and is a former three time   (Senior division over 40) World Champion. Shihan Kranstz is always involved in trying to improve the techniques in the CJA (Combined Jiu-Jitsu Arts) style of Jiu-Jitsu which Shihan Kranstz founded. Sensei Kranstz still actively teaches adults and children at the Milton dojo as well as traveling to other dojos to teach.

Shihan Darlene Kranstz 6th Dan   Bob's daughter Darlene is a 6th degree Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu with 40 years experience, and a 4-time female world champion in Sport Jiu-Jitsu. Darlene is now the person in charge of the Milton Dojo. Sensei Darlene teaches various adult classes and many of the junior classes as well as her famous aerobic "FIT TO FIGHT" classes

Sensei Daniel Kranstz (Nidan) is one of our Sensei for Junior  classes and the Adult Wednesday Fight night class. Sensei Daniel is highly regarded by the Junior students and also teaches private classes for those who want to accelerate their learning. Daniel is the Son of Sensei Darlene, and the Grandson of Shihan Bob, and he has been involved with Jiu-Jitsu since he was 4 years old. Daniel makes a great addition to our staff of great Senseis

  Sensei Fletcher Falls (Nidan) is the Sensei for the Wednesday evening class of Sport Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Grappling. Fletcher has been studying Jiu-Jitsu since he was 8 years old, and he helped to instruct the class at G uelph University for the years he attended there, Fletcher is also a highly rated competitor in Sport Jiu-Jitsu.
 Sensei Dave Dixon (Yodan)  is another one of our Senseis. Dave took some time off and is now back teaching various classes. Dave teaches some variations to our Techniques so make sure to catch some of his classes

We also have many other Sensei that help with various classes.
